No. Windsor Finance is a finance broker, not a lender. We hold no own capital and approve nothing. We arrange finance through a panel of Australian bank and non-bank lenders; the lender approves and lends.
What's your fee? +

Can I get finance with adverse credit? +
Often yes. Most short-term and specialist lenders price on the security and the exit, not just the credit file. Defaults, judgments, tax debt and discharged bankruptcy are workable with the right lender.
Do you do owner-occupier home loans? +
No. We focus on property finance for investors, developers, businesses and SMSF trustees, not standard owner-occupier home loans. A residential home loan broker is the right route for the place you live in.
Do you cover the whole of Australia? +
