How we work, and how we are paid.

Finance broker, not a lender

Windsor Finance is an Australian property finance broker. We are a finance broker, not a lender. We do not lend money and we hold no own capital. We arrange property finance on our clients' behalf and introduce borrowers to lenders; any finance agreement is between the borrower and the lender, and the lender makes the final lending decision.

Not tied to one lender

We are not owned by, or tied to, any single lender. We compare a panel of banks and non-bank lenders, from major banks and near-banks to non-bank lenders, private credit funds and specialist lenders, and we recommend the option we believe best fits your deal on rate, structure, leverage and speed.

Purpose of the finance

Much of the finance we arrange (development, construction, commercial, and most private and bridging finance) is for business or investment purposes and is generally not regulated under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009. The purpose of each deal is confirmed in writing before it proceeds.

Fees and commission

There is no cost to get indicative terms, and every cost is disclosed in writing, up front, before you commit. We may receive a commission from the lender when a loan settles, and we disclose every cost and any commission arrangement in writing, up front, before you proceed.

Indicative figures

All rates, fees and LVRs shown across this site are indicative and subject to lender approval, valuation and your circumstances. Windsor does not provide tax, credit, superannuation or financial product advice; SMSF strategy is referred to an independent licensed adviser.
